Re: Vac signal for Zx fuel pump location
I suggested tapping into the case and emulating the Af18 setup, because it's the setup you're trying to substitute with an af16 motor. Fuel pump and floor mounted gas tank doesn't care if you're running an af18 or af16. Nipple still needs to be in the case.

Re: Vac signal for Zx fuel pump location
Why don't you tap it where all the stock af18 motors have the vacuum inlet?

Re: Laser CNC kicker cover shim **IDEA**
Hmmm. I was under the impression the kicker covers were the same. Have you tested swapped an af16 and af18 cover on the same case?1man8scoots wrote:We're running af16 kickers, not af18. If we were running 18 kickers it'd clear.

Re: Laser CNC kicker cover shim **IDEA**
I'm not understanding this. The Dio ZX drive boss uses the same kicker cover and engine case as non-ZX Dios. Shouldn't even be an issue.
Can you show the shim or stock part that is contributing to said problem? Probably easier to just order the Dio ZX specific part if that would solve things.

Re: Finally getting an authentic super dio!
Huh? It's a round disc, with a pattern of holes in it. Functionally, it does the trick without adding any extra mass.graphite9 wrote:the oem rotor looks terrible to me. Its tiny. I have a few different brake setups coming.
BRAKING does a wave rotor in the OEM-size and one-size up.

Re: Finally getting an authentic super dio!
That's a lot of rotor. I could easily endo my Dio with just the Honda OEM rotor.

Re: Finally getting an authentic super dio!
Woah, motor looks clean as heck. You should really look into getting a parts manual to source all the bolts and whatnot.

Yes, but you'll need the steel frame and LED brake lamp to complete it.Downsouthdio wrote:The one this guy showed me had the light which was pretty cool.you willing to sell the

Really needs the rear wing to make it look complete.
