honda dio af18 has a bigger boost port. the gear cover is on the same side as the trans cover. sym the gear cover is on the inner side facing the wheel(must take off wheel and pipe to change gears). port on sym dd50 block are smaller than the af16 boost and intake. sym dd50 also has a vac. line from...

haha thanks the headset if from a sym dd50 but im trying to get a pal headset. sadly the ruima mini stroke motor on it right now isn't as fast as my old 72 sym.

still have alot of work before its where i want it to be.

On sym block i had to make my boost port bigger to match the corsa.both intake and boost ports on syms are smaller than af16.

nice to see your corsa is running strong and in the high 60s ir rather have my old corsa setup than the ruima mini im running now.
