I could do it on a lathe, but I don't have one big enough at home. So I would recommend a local job shop/machine shop.

Not stock thats for sure! I still have the 80cc variator settings and the non ZX drive pulley and belt as well. I really want to get a longer belt and drive pulley and need to spend an afternoon messing with the trans. but alas it snowed last night/today so I have to wait a few days. It could defini...

Nope. I do have filters, but I often run without when I am messing with stuff.

My Corolla has open stacks too :D

Its actually a terrible headache and only wearing Norton tins. CB750 with Aprilia running gear and Norton tins.

Its not bad, I drove this thing for 3hours straight and I wasn't crying after. But you loose a bit of cushion thats for sure.
