Clean carb or buy new one, fuel lines, oil/lube things that are stiff.... Belt depending on milage, drain fuel if sat for over 2 months just to be safe, de carbonized exhaust depending on miles. If your looking for an aftermarket vari, I've got a poli I'm willing to let go cheap just pm me.

Stole your idea thought a silencer would be nice! Made mine out of a green bean can, tack welded it on a V8 exhaust! Made it quite a bit quieter!

I have a spare rumia vari. Very light and engine revs well! I think I bout for around $55 shipped more than willing to let go for $45 or reasonable offer also have spare poli vari. Doesn't say poli like the rumia says but still great and light wieght same price ... Pm me

Well I was hopeing to stay around 45mph and te 8.4 fears should give me a lower rpm and there for sightly better fuel economy I hope :s

I agree with bakaracer if you can find the dimensions out and fine one to fit it might work otherwise I'd say you would get more sound than power :( you can try it if the exhaust intakes are the same size and take a short test, anything under 10min shouldn't hut your bore. Yes and no to my understanding the exhaust will need a expanchion chamber because theses small engines like atleast some back pressure, adding thins muffler to the end of a stock pipe or aftermarket performance pipe will most likely work and possible well as long as it isn't restricting exhaust flow...

New top speed is 49.3mph!!! Would love to break 50 7 gram rollers did the trick only that mid speed after 25 is horrible to about 35mph
