i have a 28mm on a 51 mm ruima bore and it runs fine. the problem isnt too big a carb. And yes i think the 28mm is too big for my setup but bike will run fine with it.

just for reference i have 9.1.1 gears and i gpsd 58mph with 90$ tiawan kit im sure with the extra revs from the corsa it would go over 60 with these gears.
