Thanks mousewheels, so far I am planning to do a factory reset Performance mods in my experience require constant improvement and monitoring as opposed to factory. For now just going to paint and replace decals once I get it running

Got off work early yesterday so I worked on the starter miusewheels helped me figure out. Installed and it turns the motor. Sweet. Changed some fuel and oil lines then had to figure out why no electricals. Well I did this before I put the starter on, turns out the rectifier was bad. Luckily I brough...

Great imma give this a try. It's basically twisting the body of the starter where the philips screws are to their opposites the putting the screws back in and grinding the tabs so the 8mm mounting bolts fit again?

I havecan se50 motor with a good starter I didn't try. Is there any pics on how to 180 the can cause I dont really understand how that would make it spin a different direction

Thanks mousewheels, my main problem is the starter is missing completely. I have several different starters for. I tried an 85 elite 80 starter but the screw holes didn't line up and it wouldnt engage the gear

Got this puppy on CL and just got home with it plastics faded but only has 690 miles on it. The top of the piston through the spark hole looks brand new. The PO said just needed a battery and the starter didn't engage then his girl said it didn't engage everytime....guess what? The starter is missin...

It's possibly an af16. judging by the exhaust. didn't the af18 have a round pipe?

the 107 and 48 is what I had in my 65cc kit of my af16 so since you opened the intake should be same or less I would think
