Cylinder Honing

Hey guys i was wondering wats the best grit to hone a cylinder I've seen from 80 to 600 and i noticed the higher the grit the more expensive can anyone explain that. I dont care about spending but i would like to know that money is well spent and if the 600 compared to the 80 is the best thanks ever...

How many miles on the scooter? cause if above 5,000 i definitely recommend new piston rings if not new piston and rings, its recommended to change piston after 6,000 to ensure good performance

I remember correctly you said one of the gears had to be shaved down right oh and this is the pipe im talking about

Update: I removed the stator and noticed one of the coils had a broken copper wire so i ordered a new stator. I installed the stator and when i went to test still no lights so I bought a volt meter and tested all the wires mostly everything gave me a reading except the grey and black to the turn sig...
