Re: Aero NH80 Float filling with gas
So what year is it by the way? Did you try to find the model designation on the flange of the carburetor?Keihin PB.jpg I have this exact carburettor on my NH80 here in Australia. If you are referring to the carb pictured, that is NOT the correct carb for NH80...the OEM carb has a completely differe...

Re: Not getting fuel help!
From your statement,..logic tells me that the float bowl vent is blocked, creating a vacuum that the fuel cannot overcome.Caspervolas wrote: ↑Thu Aug 03, 2023 12:45 am Additionally, fuel does flow from the tank when it’s disconnected from the carb but not when it’s connected.

85 Gyro S carburetor issue
Have owned and ridden my Gyro S for 13 years. Last time the carb was cleaned has been several years. The issue has been present the entire life of this bike in my ownership. When approaching top speed, it does well on the flat, but going downhill, the engine starts to 4-stroke, and lose power. Once...

You've got some serious damage, friend.
Those splines and threads look roached to me.
I know that I'd never be able to save them,
and I've worked on vehicles for 60 years.

You can access the Spree service manual and owners manual in the board index.
Wiring schematics will be included, possibly in both manuals.

Re: Electronic conversion for a Spree anyone?
I've seen a few "mopeds" (not scooters) that have been converted.
Makes sense to start with a bike that already has a swingarm instead of an engine case that serves as swingarm.
Much less to engineer.

Re: Carb upgrade?
Is there an easy way to tell if the exhaust is a "P" or "non-P" version? Generally, a restricted pipe will have a smaller diameter head-pipe that maintains the same diameter the entire length, whereas the "hotter" pipe will have a stepped diameter from head to muffler....

Re: 1994 Honda SR Elite
Your question SEEMS to indicate that you expect there to be an oil drain plug on the engine case. My reply is : your bike has a 2-stroke engine that does not have ENGINE OIL. There is instead: 1. An oil tank that contains 2-stroke oil that is pumped and injected into the intake manifold for consump...

Re: Fuel petcock with "reserve"
I think you might be shooting in the dark trying to find the petcock you describe. I certainly don't know of any. However, you can probably find a fitting to fit the threads on the tank, one that will allow you to have a short piece of hard line. Then, attach clear fuel line to that, and install an...
