It's definitely your pilot circuit on the carb. It's the skinny brass tube that's within the carb when you remove the lower bowl. When you remove the lower bowl, at the center of the carb is the main jet circuit, and mounted parallel to the main jet tube is the brass pilot circuit. Soak the carb ove...

I use/ sourced an OEM SYM drive face (aka: starter motor pulley gear), SYM drive boss, and a SYM rear ZX pulley assembly from Steve @ VT-Cycles and the kick-starter gearing doesn't bind up at all. "NO shimming required".

Here's a nice Japanese-brand ZX pulley with beefy welds. This clutch assembly also includes the clutch shoes & springs (pic 2 on this link is a little mis-leading)

Duke, where did you get those mediums-silver rims & forks on your black Aero 50? Looks like the same OEM mediuim-grey paint as the UK version of the Aero 50. (Honda Vision) OEM paint or did you paint them?

I TOTALLY know what you mean by the rarity of Aero 50 body panels.....they almost NEVER show up for sale, and when they do, they're pretty messed up. You can always do some body work to your current body panels and then take them to a body shop for a professional paint job. It all depends on how muc...
