some of them cheap kits on ebay the base gaskets are not cut properly and ports dont line up correctly .Remove the cylinder chamfer the ports and match up the base gasket with the block.Also those chinese carbs are c r a p clean and use the stock carb and as G9 said make sure the airbox /clean oiled...

its worth that in the states but not here these dios sell cheap when the old owners think its blown when it normally just has a dirty carb .

i did this to my rear shock but i cut off the whole u shaped bracket and moved it over 5mm then welded it back on .

top left in your first pic and bottom right in your second pic .where the base gasket sits the looking down into the cases the port windows have sharp corners stator side is open intake side is half blocked.

Match up that little triangle in the port with the other side .Is this a stroker ? Them some big ports .

Well i got my little honda smile from japan.Now under the seat i thought WOW look it still has the battery cover i open it up and no battery.Then notice there is no battery leads these smiles dont run a battery at all.There is no electrick starter and it also has manual choke with a lever at the han...

im running forks the same but are from KN .They are a little soft for my liking but perform 10 times better than stock and bolt up no mods needed .
