Re: clutch pads
New from Honda: WEIGHT SET, CLUTCH 22535-GK8-325 $51.60 New? Really? Not bad.... its just for the pads not the whole clutch.. Spendy pads could get a whole parts bike with a clutch with meet on the bones for that! :surprise: That price is MSRP, most good dealers sell them for $34.06 and a parts bik...

Re: 1985 Aero needin some help.
Yes, but the early SA50 Elites also ran an AF05E, as did the SE50 Elites. The engine number needs to be looked up but my source book got stored when I was not looking a month or so ago.

Yeah, that is a 1985 Aero 50 VIN number so the engine is a transplant.

Re: Chemically cleaning exhaust...
Reinstall and run it and the water will evaporate or put it on the BBQ grill and heat it, same thing the water will evaporate.

Re: 1985 Aero needin some help.
The scooter is either NOT an '85 Aero or it has a transplanted engine. The '85 Aero had no kick starter and a two bolt intake like the Spree. This is either a '86 or '87 Aero or like I said a transplanted engine. What is the VIN number? The muffler is not stock but does not look like a Leo Vince SP3...

Re: AF05E Build Help
I have a spree 50 with the AF05E motor, and want a full performance package. pipe, carb, reedcage, intake, big bore, final gears, clutch springs, oil pump block off, cdi, and anything else needed. I have a lot of 2 stroke building experience, so the bigger, and most radical porting the better. I am...

So edit the picture smaller or use a real camera. Then again you could post the pic on Photo Bucket.SpamMusubi4Life wrote:haha. i keep trying to post a pic from my phone but says its too big.

AF05E is the original motor. A picture would be worth a thousand words.

Re: 1985 Aero needin some help.
Almost all Honda motorcycle dealers have a web site, but I would not hold my breath for new being available.
Flea-bay and Craigslist other than here on this site.
