As Wheelman Ithink it was suggested, I think you should remove the pipe and de-carbonize the pipe. IE: throw it in a campfire for a few hours. Greetings: Getting theoretical here, but a Spree with a bunch of carbon buildup in the combustion chamber would run a lot better on Premium than on regular. This would be due to the "artificially" high compression ratio, so maybe this isn't so ignorant after all? That is a very good point...

Octane is NOT a measure of power but of the fuelsÔÇÖ resistance to ignition from heat. A higher-octane fuel, under identical combustion chamber conditions, will burn slower.
