I just rebuilt my carb, and got it all nice and clean. I reassembled it, and set the idle screw close to where it was originally, and turned the mixture screw out 1&7/8 turns from fully seated. To start it I must hold the throttle wide open, and then it will start on the second kick. But it runs...

Doing it that way only melts the surface of the plastic together.Once you hit a bump or a few bumps,it will crack off again.try using some jb weld.Put it in between the crack and on both sides.when it dries you can sand it smooth plus its almost the same color as the plastics.You will have a strong...
