Hi all, Kyle (paulpauly7) has my NH80 lead apart to wave his magic wand over. Things we will be doing: Boyseen power reeds. Up jet to #90. New brake shoes front and rear. New spark plug. New rear shock absorber. A good go through and service. The real problem: The rollers are flat. Stock is 18mm dia...

Re: Motor Mount Bushes

Re: Riding at Night
I also use red, 1" wide highly reflective tape made by 3M. One stripe below my licence plate and a stripe on my helmet. That makes me seen from behind really effectively. I also practice whats called defensive driving here in NZ. ie. slowing down a bit coming up to major intersections and scann...

The casting is porous and absorbs the glass or sand bead. When the cases heat up and expand the absorbed bead is released into your cases and wo...

Re: Thoughts on Aero 80...?
Hi. I cant really answer all of your questions but will answer a few.bI just bought a NH80 here in NZ (JDM model). I cant compare with a 50 as I have no experience with them. Mine does a solid 75kph on the flat with a 110kg man on it. It climbed to the top of a very steep pass 971 m (3,186 ft) no tr...

Re: Quest for disk brake
I am using the standard master cylinder that comes with the ZX. I believe they are all the same for the Dios. I have been mixing and matching between AF28 and AF34(late model dio with horizontal motor). On the back of the master cyl it has a set of numbers that give piston size and stroke etc I thin...
