The CDI plugs into a 6-pin connector. Only 5 of these 6 pins are needed. Can anyone tell me which color wire goes into which location on the connector? Exciter coil resistance specification is 750-1200 ohms per our on-line manual. My '84 reads 699 ohms. How will this out-of-spec resistance effect spark ignition?

My 1984 Spree has no spark. New plug does not help. Where can I find a systematic process for diagnosing the sparking system?
