Re: Intake mod question (Spree)
Ok, so I finnally got my new main jet... next step up was a #70. So with the Intake mod and a 70 main jet, what can I realistically expect... from the one ride I've taken so far, it seems that my stock intake and jet set up gave better performance. Am I missing something? I was getting 32-35mph with...

+1 for what T.jamz said...
I am always catching my center stand while turning... getting better at not doing that, but I still scrape it almost every day.

Re: tire change
Mine was stuck too. Tried all the above suggestions (other than shooting it or welding/selling ) and ended up having to cut it off. I have an impact driver... all that did was strip the nut. Good luck

Re: My 1977 Express Project :)
Just a few pics of the work in progress.
Didn't have time to do the motor yet, but soon
Gonna call this one...
ROOTBEER FLOAT
You'll see why once it's done
Got a tank for the front... but it's gonna be a storage tank, not for fuel.

Re: My 1977 Express Project :)
I'm in need of a carb. This thing will run as is, but the choke is stuck and it's very difficult toget it started.
So, 1977 Honda Express..NC50 carb... or any carb that will work.

Re: My 1977 Express Project :)
Update:
Got it stripped and sanded and found some nice Rootbeer Brown paint. It's a deep brown with just a hint of gold flake in it... looks real good in Sunlight
Also got to work on the wheels...

Re: My 1977 Express Project :)
I found it by placing a post on SalemFreecycle.com ... said I wanted a project scooter - condition not important... :blah: :blah: So this guy called me and said he had something, but he wanted some $$ for it. When he said $25.00 (he also sent a pic of it) I asked, "can I come get it right now? ...
