Two things, First, here is the guide... http://hondaspree.net/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=5389 {i also made This High Res picture by picture that might help} Second, There is no such thing as a 1996 honda spree. You either have a 84-87 Spree, or a 96 honda Elite ( a tuners dream motor ).

Re: Aftermarket mods illegal?
In michigan, most of our bikes are illegal right off the line.
Michigan law has a "under 2 break horse power" and an "under 30mph" standered for mopeds. But out of all the 'mopeds' i own. Not a single one follows those laws.

Great topic idea. If you use photobucket, make a new folder and dont delete them.
I LOVE seeing pictures of bikes. but i HATE to see the photobucket "this photo has been deleted" picture.

Re: Kawasaki Ninja 250R
I have been wanting one for a while. They are super cheap and good bikes. Best part is, being such a small motor you can keep the RPM's up and have fun without killing yourself. Sure its nots the fastest bike in the world. But IMO its a very reasonable bike. Look around on craigslist sometime, you c...

Re: gear ratio for elite?
Stock gears are 12.44:1
Given with some 9:1 gears, some take off will be lost. but the top end pay off is well worth what little take off is lost.
Also, High speed pulley is a performance variator.
