what scooter do you have. There is only one fuse. If the light bulbs are blown it would prob be the rectifier. I would also check the fuse wires for a short. If the bulbs are good check the ignition switch.

You need to do use a compression tester. Compression range is 90-120. If the bike sat then there is a good chance oil leaked into the crank case. G9 is 100% right. Just slap a keli variator with 8-9gram rollers and some 9to1's and you will be very happy with the top end. You should hit 42-45 mph easy with that set up.

When you clean the carb make sure you used compresses air. Use some carb cleaner and spray in every hole you see and then use the compressed air to blow any gunk out. Look to see if the carb came loose from the intake. Happens all the time.

Crazy s*** last night. The next street over where I live a guy set off two bombs and blew a house up and chopped himself in half. They found his head in a tree. Blew a bunch of windows out including mine and also nocked everything off the walls. Crazy stuff.
