well as of last nite it wont even turn over. checked the points and their nice and clean with a blue spark. but im not getting any spark to the plugs. I have a feeling the coil fried its self. :( as for the carb adjustments i got it to run somewhat smooth but no matter how many times i adjust them i...

oh i also forgot to mention its a 4 stroke with a point ignition with 2 independently adjusted carbs.

ive been restoring a 1971 cl175 but the carbs are WAAAAAAY out of abjustment.

lots o smoke and hot pipes.

iirc the air screw and the idle screw are identical.

id also suggest taking the muffler off to decarbonize it.

either by soaking it in a crystal lye solution or tossing it in a camp fire to burn it out.

its an easy thing to do and will definately help things along.

Just get a dirt-bike helmet, they look cool, and are comfterble. And in some places, it's the law that you have to wear a helmet!!! me and all my friends have dirt bike helmets. i also have a JP helmet for when im riding my old school trac. But 98% of the time i use my dirt bike helmet. those lids ...

as much as i hate to say it , because i hate having to drive way out to BFE to get the stuff.

the honda gn2 oil really is the best stuff out there. My scoot always seems to perform better while running on it.
