I have been told I can take a Met back wheel and it will fit right on the engine with no modification. That would take care of the back wheel. Its going nicely. Can't wait to see it finished. I've been trying to figure this out, but I'm not really that good at reading the schematics and whatnot so ...

my muffler did the same thing because there was a small plastic piece missing that goes where the heat guard connects to the muffler, so the thing was just rattling around. I pulled the heat shield off and set it on my workbench. Fine ever since. :lol:

The wheel should not wiggle back and fort if the forks are stable and you try to twist the wheel side to side. If it does you probably have a problem with the bearings. Unfortunately mine does this at a specific speed, but I don't know hot to fix it, only that something is wrong :roll:

(i have used a handfull of small bolts and nuts to raddle around in there to loosen junk. When messing with gas and gas tanks, I use glass beads or something similar (like the ones that you would put in the bottom of a goldfish bowl) just to avoid the possible metal bolts sparking and igniting some...

lol good idea. I think the general consensus is that these smaller scoots barely pull enough power to run what they need to. maybe someone with some electrical experience can chime in, but most answers to "can I add [insert device] to my scoot" is unfortunately "no"

could be that maybe there's an air leak and the manifold isn't pulling enough suction to work the petcock.... are your carb bolts stripped? maybe needs tightening (dont over tighten cause the bolts will tear through the carb easily, finger tight and then like 1/8th turn is what someone told me was g...
