haha, i used an aluminum bushing for the welding, the urethane ones would have turned to great clouds of smoke quickly! send me your mount, i need it for the goose neck piece, ill make them for 65$, i can machine the shock spacer for another 20 ps, i see you all have af16's! the mounts are the same ...

sounds like its not getting enough fuel, a bad needle or seat will let in enough to fill the bowl after sitting for a bit, but when running it cannot supply enough. check also the petcock and related lines...

arreche makes a 17.5, 19, or 21mm carb that uses the stock bystarter and bolts up to the stock manifold. the wincycle carbs are 100% pure junk, i bought one a few years ago and never could get it as good as the stocker. avoid them at all costs! im sure someone on here has a carb they will sell you, ...

the ebay carbs are garbage, unless of course you find an oem one...is the one on it completely destroyed, or just need a good cleaning?

you can barely see the mount, i didnt really want to disassemble the whole shebang for a photo shoot! the shock spacer is a piece of steel milled to fit the clevis, and tapped on the other end so a clevis off another shock could be fastened to it, extends it about 1.25". the mount uses two uret...

i made a spacer to lengthen the stock shock, everything bolts up, i wanted to keep the plastic mudguard mostly intact.

800 is alright for a running cub, hit him at the knees, walk up with 500 cash and see how low he will go! cubs are badass, lots of offroad guys use them as pit bikes

so is the reliability all in how its built and tuned? are there inherent problems with the full strokers or is it just that they are more sensitive to user errors than the smaller setups?
