As for your first 7 feet of slow scooting I would suggest increasing the rpm in which ur clutch grabs. Im not familiar with a two shoe malossi clutch, so I dont know if thats compressing the springs or tightening them.

What throttle position are you hot at? Moving the needle and changing the main jet are changing 2 different things effecting two different areas.

IF you hot at WOT change your main jet. If youre hot at 1/3-2/3 throttle raise your needle..

Main Jet is 3/4 to WOT throttle that makes me think you may have an issue there, but you could be on to something with the torque spring as well. The initial paint was a blue metallic speck paint from autozone. The problem was that gas would destroy it instantly. This is the VHT engine enamel thats supposed to be more tolerant to chemicals and wear. I read to bake it for 20 mins at 200 degrees. Not sure if the plastics would like that. Though...
