I think taz should focus on exhaust and intake for better and or bigger carbs if you want a variator spend 300 bucks on a dio 2 dollars on a bolt and just make your wallet happy sadly this will probably be the fastest cheapest way to variator a spree...

from what you said about it running for 3 to 5 seconds wiring not your problem deal with that mess later, i agree with traffic check your scoot for vaccum leaks your dealing with 25 year old rubber it can crack and leak. or... you could just look for a 87 muffler which flows better drilling holes doesnt really do anything for you

yes you have to weld a new mount for the shock then cut down a dio mount to fit on spree
