I've got a silver one like that. Its got the extended tach wire, and the extension for the CHT guage. I never hooked it up, but had it mounted on scoot. I'm not even using it. its in the box, in my cabinet. Ill sell it for 115, shipped if anyones interested.

Tip of advice though, DONT USE STARTING FLUID ON 2 STROKES! lol you Can cause major damage to internal components. use a bottle of 2stroke gas. like in a spary bottle, Windex style or something with that style bottle! Just a tip! haha

Your muffler aint all plugged up is it? How did you check for spark? with a screw driver inserted into plug wire? (crude method, but does work) or did you pull plug and check it that way? Check your plug gap..could be wrong.. ya gotta think, if that plug aint exactly gapped right, or even has cracke...

Ok I got some good news. I got one of my companies in Japan to help me. There might have to be a little engine fabing but a dremel can easily handle the job. The crank needs to extended a little. So this is easily done by pushing the seal down and trimming a little off right above the oil pump casi...

Thanks mustangwagz! Points well taken about using round stock and keeping the rack down to simple bends. Here's my new bike.. i put a couple bucks into it and now i gotta nice ride! Its an 81, Sporty, 1000cc Super loud (drag pipes) and very clean.. YES..it does drip oil..but ALLLL ironheads and Shovelheads do.. These new evo motors they run are ok but they got limits.. The iron heads..live forever! tha...
