it would work as a everyday rider, i have had no problems but i know what you are saying, the materials that are used to create the bore are not up to par with that of a malossi or a polini. but it would start everyday and be practical in a city or suburb to get around.

no, the carb he has is perfect. literally, perfect, he has en exhaust to compensate, and the second best one for the corsa. arrow being the first. and 7:1 gears are fine, i run 5:1 in my corsa bores, *, you can run 9:1 in a STOCK elite and have enough power to catwalk without a problem.

wrong dac, a honda aero can do 55 easy WITHOUT GEARS! and yes they MADE gears for the aero, they are EXTREMELY RARE!!! but worth it when you find them also, i have a 94+ also known as a dio engine for sale. 600 takes it 80cc fm bore, ct chrome manifold, mini stroker crank, port matched case, daytona...

ummm, i was not aware that the aero 50 waas made in 83, but no, if you have anything older then a 85 aero, you got nothing... all you can change is the variator... thats it.

dont forget the Se50 elite come in red also.
