Another problem! While taking off the starter motor, the thing freaking bakes on me and now one of the screw tabs is gone! This $50 scoot is becoming more like a $400 one...We'll see what else happens...

What does it mean if it spins? Are you saying if you take off the cover of the starter?

I have an 83 Aero 50...Trying to get it started...noticed I have a blown fuse...Went to the autoshop and seen the fuse but no the exact one I need...I need a 7A but my oem did not state what type it was...In the autoshop there was about 4 different kinds...There was VGC, SFE, VGX? What ype do I need?

Mine is an 83...Check underneath the scooter, near the front to get the year and vin on that one...You have most the panels I'm missing so you're in decent shape to start with...The front odometer panels are indeed the correct ones...It looks like they just might have ...
