Re: Not getting all the way on pipe
Either make one by welding the top half of aero stem to bottom half of a metro or dio stem. Contact Scooterswapshop.com owner Brandon for help as he has done this before (for the elite). I’m not sure if a ncy for elite stem would work without modifying something or not sure if a dio stem would work...

Re: Not getting all the way on pipe
The 40 pilot change all by itself is all you need to change otherwise you could confuse a diagnosis of what needs to change next if anything. As far as the disc brake for the aero 50 goes, I’m not sure but the ncy stem for the sa50 elite might work if you could find one, or have one made. The link ...

Re: Not getting all the way on pipe
Well, I understand about the drum brakes for sure. I have the same concerns. A new set of wheels/shoes would surely ease the fear somewhat. A disc brake is almost mandatory imo Unless your corsa is heavily ported it should not require more than a 42 pilot jet on a POLINI PWK carburetor. OKO carbs h...

Re: Not getting all the way on pipe
The a/f screw should be just about one turn out which indicates the pilot is correct. I haven’t been on your other thread in a while so I’m not real sure where your needle is set at. I would say 9:1 or 8:44 gears would give you best range to operate but you’d need a 1500 contra spring. I don’t sugg...

Re: Not getting all the way on pipe
Try a 42 pilot and don’t change anything else. Note rpm’s and temps and order some 120-122 main jets. The cooler ambient temps pack lots more O2 but you definitely still sound rich. Once the cylinder is broken in, you can run it rich if you’re mostly wot. Just change the spark plug often. My Jet Ki...

Not getting all the way on pipe
I still need to do some research, and I suspect this may be a carb issue, but I figured I would ask the old hats. I have an AF16 with stuffy crank, fabrizi pipe, corsa jug, and polini pwk 24. The pipe seems like it turns on around 9k and with just 1/4 or less throttle it seems to roll into the pipe ...

I have several wheels that will fit that, most of them have old tires though. I can take the tire off or send it with, should hold air

Re: Has anyone put a bigger back rim on a Honda Elite 50
Its going to depend on the bike but if its 94+ then you should be able to run a 90/90-10 no problem.
I have met wheels on my AF05 Aero and on my AF16 Aero, My buddy also has one on his AF16 1999 Elite.
We have not had centerstand issues but i have heard of it being an issue on the forum

Like mentioned above let us know what bike you have exactly, I probably have 3-4 wheels from af05 aeros. They are a little narrower than an SA50, but do fit

Re: TG50 carb hookup...?
that is also a drain/ vent for the carb bowl. don't plug it. you can leave your hose on there as long as the other end is open. Correct me if Im wrong, but hes talking about the one with the hose already on it, which would be for oil injection. The barb to the left of that is the vent, which doesnt...

Re: Timing question
Will it start with a little ether? I know that people say not to do that too much but its worth a try. if it sparks to life then it could be the bystarter or the little passage in the carb bowl for the bystarter circuit. It can make it really hard to start esp if youre kicking

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVDKO1UhWas Quick video of the machine being ridden. I bought a new Met wheel for the front and Keli Lightweight clutch with 5500 springs installed from MVS. Should be here this weekend. This thing is fast, but the bent wheel wobble is scary lmao. Had a minor problem....
