Re: 50mm w/ mini stroke vs Malossi BBK

if you go that route then keep the stock unrestricted exhaust on.if not the stock carb wont keep up with the flow.that route will still net about 55-59mph.if running the stock carb/airbox on a 50mm bore with mini stroke crank, the stock 14mm carb is a bit to small.will need to up to a 18mm carb.

Re: Help reading Squish Clearance

use a metal straight edge and check for warpage. refer to the service manual for service limit. you need feeler gauges to check that. if within spec then get a new head gasket and tighten in criss cross pattern and tighten a little at a time. less chance of squishing tge head gasket to much on one c...

Re: cleaning bearing

your not pulling htem off with a screwdriver to reuse them? in the case, install teh bearings on the crank thn the crank in. if you do it the other way, theres no support on the inner race on the variator side. i think. i think its the variator side. make it heat freeze, if you want. install it tha...

Re: throttle/jetting help

nope! unless the the brass insert where the boss sits is worn out. then it can hang up and not retract back to the position it needs to be at as you decel.if its tight and the boss diesnt rattle in there than its either centet spring is dead or rollers to heavy
