With all your metal shop tools and skillz, it should be reasonable to setup that joe dirt disk brake you are working on.

I like the look of it as well! It looks better to me than the U on a lot of chamber pipes.

Do you have a set of feeler gauges to check the gap? It is really hard to get a sense of the small differences (tens to hundredths) by eye.

In all seriousness though, this is a great idea for finding color matched paints.

So you are saying once the scooter is running the tail light AND the brake light function normally? It sounds to me like the brake light starter connection isn't working. Or perhaps the starter is just bad...?
