Sorry to hear that, I always line everything up before tightening the nut, using a torque wrench to the torque stated in the manual.

From most forums, 45mph, stock. You can check TotalRuckus.com, they have an Elite forum there and I hear they have mods to make them faster.

I'm curious, does the battery box have the cover for it? Those are always missing.

Yeah, just saw that one on eBay. I guess they all don't come with one.

What type of variator did you order? Most come with an unrestricted ramp plate.
