i realize i just saw this, and am probably too late... dont bother welding the brackets up higher on the front forks.. the angle the small swing arms will be at exceed the usability of the springs. it will instantly bottom out when you sit on it. i welded them up 1.5" higher, and just got my ne...

can anyone give me a measurement between the 2 fork mounting holes in a zx stem? it can be on center, or inside fork leg, to fork leg. just let me know how you measured. thanks!

sweet^ hey, how did you go about using the bmx steering stem? looks like the same way as a ruckus? there is enough material on top to use the shim kit huh? i ordered this stem http://japan.webike.net/products/2053661.html not sure if i can go that route with this stem. and i wouldnt mind a dio heads...

you need a stroker bore. it has a taller height to make up for the increase in STROKE.

fyi, i ended up risking it, and buying an extended ruckus rear cable. they are easy to find, cheap ($20) and come in different lengths. i ordered an 81". they messed up, and sent me an 85" a bit too long for my 7.5" stretch, but i just hid the extra behind the front cover. just re-use...

i am in the process of adding 6" of engine mount, and am now curious, how i am going to stop, and go. my question is, if extended brake and throttle cables are available? will honda ruckus cables fit? more specifically the brake cable. throttle cable, may reach. i appreciate it.
