Re: Crossed over to the dark side
I own a 09 met for my fiancee. She graduated to the 01 elite a year or so ago. The met was a lot better than the ruck in terms of speed.

It's pretty ridiculous on the f12, that met is going to be be very scary.

Re: 2001 Kymco Cobra 50
It's not a zuma style. It's a ba10 style. It's an abortion from an af34/35 and a mina. Same engine is found on the people, s8 2t, s9 ac, vitality 2t, cobra racer, yup, like, and any other kymco horizontal. The zx50 and man boy are the Honda af18 style clone. And none are true minarelli style. The ba...

Kymcoforums.com or whatever they are. You have a ba10 derived engine.

Re: True Grits 50cc Fun Run
You can change your sprockets on the rs50 and they're 6 speeds. I've had my 01 up to 82 mph with no more road to go. Next year is my touring year for rallys and events as I'm taking a break from building and porting everyone else's stuff and going to have some fun for a change. I'd be interested in ...

How do the rs50s do? Are you allowed to run aftermarket 50cc bores and porting?

Re: corsa temp
The air filter and exhaust are a major factor on jetting. Intake tract window porting and matching the boost port effect it equally as well. I'm running 50/142 jetting on a 26mm polini with big polini Evo filter, c16, vforce3, ported s6 intake, max race ported corsa, and extreme race ported cases. M...

Re: full throttle hesitation, only downhill
You should run the stock air box. I ran stock modified airbox and carb on my set up, I'm at 5800 elevation, and I ran a 90 jet and was almost rich. Down at lower elevation it runs a 92 jet. These little carbs need the airbox. I can run mine up to 12.5k no problem but with the wild lion it really lik...
