i've logged a LOT of miles with bikes tie downed on trailers and i recommend some sort of arms like the ones i added to the thing..

i have an Aero 80 and to me it's just not that impressive of a power plant. not trying to burst your bubble here- just an observation.
mind you the Spree chassis is a lot less weight to lug around so you may be onto something.were all behind you here!

mine didn't have any instructions!
it seemed to me that it should have had more
of a wider mounting footing.
can't be secured too well and on the back of a motorhome...
didn't want to arrive at the destination

i used,from the looks of it, the same one on my Spree. it feels like IF the motor could rev out farther it might make some power.i saw 32 mph once when i was holding my mouth just so so... DO NOT attempt to simply "bend" the header pipe. it will collapse. yes you will need a Spree manifold...

damndest thing! it runs WFO without touching the throttle! clearly an intake leak. but how? where? tried two identical carbs. no the slide is in correctly. didn't see a crack in the reed block. gonna go out in a bit and take it apart and see what the heck is going on- i hope.gotta be something simpl...
