Re: AF16 Powered "Victoria's Spreecret"
Looks like it's running well! Jetting looks to be right on the money or real close to it. Play with that trans a little and watch that top speed creep up. I was right around 65-67 on flat ground on the same setup.

Re: My scooter collection
I'll be posting pics of the build. I'll be going down to scooter swap shop this weekend to grab some parts for it and my scooters. Hopefully it'll be done in the next month or so!

Re: My scooter collection
Thanks guys! I am defiantly leaning towards getting rid of the spree. It is incredibly nice but I just never see it being used. I would love for someone to have it and appreciate and use/display it. Jerz if you're seriously interested shoot me a pm!

Re: My scooter collection
Also been wrenching on some other people's scoots. One of my best friends has a kriti blue spree that we recently put a af16 in. It is getting disc brakes and some other goodies soon too. Basically gonna copy one of my spreedio builds except this one will be the rare blue color. I also restored and ...

Re: My scooter collection
Well I have once again bought more scooters that I do not need. These were too nice to turn down. Picked them up from an old lady that bought them to go on the back of her motor home, but never even used them. A 1989 pink Elite E and an 1986 Honda Spree. The elite has never even been titled or regis...

Re: AF16 Powered "Victoria's Spreecret"
I'm helping my buddy disk brake and af16 swap his Kriti blue 87' spree. Both me and him are super nervous about cutting up the plastics cause if you mess up you can't buy more. Ha oh well on the chopping block it goes

Re: AF16 Powered "Victoria's Spreecret"
On my sprees I actually ran a bolt right threw the middle of that piece of steel you wanna cut. Then trimmed a little off the triple so it misses that and hits the bolt. It gives you near stock turning radius.

Most of the aftermarket gears require taking the washers out. You don't want any binding, it needs to spin freely

Re: Low dollar to high dollar budget estimates to use a 48mm
I have installed and tuned a spree big bore kit with no other upgrades other than the bigger main that comes with the kit and it runs amazing and has over 1000 miles on it. It just takes the ability to tune. The instructions with the kit tell you to drill three holes in your airbox which is why ever...
