Re: From NB50 to 1970 VW Bug
First gen of the Vanagon was still aircooled. I had a '84 Vanagon for a daily driver for years. My first bug was a '68 I got while in Ft. Hood back in 1983. I sold it in 2005. I think I put close to 100,000 miles on it. My next VW was a '71 Single Cab, loved it, kicking myself for selling. Then ther...

I have all the shrouds and the plastic rear fender. They are just not in the photo. This scooter is probably 99.9% complete!

Re: '84 Honda NN50MD (Gyro) Oil leaks into crank
Welcome to the forums! A few of us here have gyros, but very few. I have had no experience with this but I have a couple thoughts on the matter. My thoughts are I hope it doesn't happen to my Gyro!! I just ordered a petcock so it will be on the road soon.

Re: Coffee delivery vehicle spree
ok, someone find a cheap off the shelf that works good and post it up. I'm ready to get something mounted on mine. Coffee runs for the wife and summer slurpee runs for me :thumbwink: Reminds me of a story of the wife on her Ruckus. Got a drink put it up front behind the headlight frame, hit a bump ...

Ah yes the Scorpion. I have an EXO400 flat black and I love it. But I want to get a plain half for the scooter. I really don't care what people say about my riding gear. I like it and if you don't, hey, that's up to you. People always asked me why am I wearing my Joe Rocket jacket on my Ruckus, it g...

Re: 1984 Honda Gyro Build
Okay, finally got my parts for the carb. Put that together, then had a good old time getting the carb throat into the airbox tube, which on a Gyro is in the airbox. Then made my oiler cable and attached (probably 1-2MM too long, but I had enough threads to adjust it), put my new gaskets on the petco...

Re: need to vent
I collected EBT for approximately a year about 9 years ago. The ex up and abandoned me and our four kids leaving me high and dry, after dragging me away from my $22 an hour job at Mitsubishi Motors in Illinois, coming to Idaho no less, a right to work state. The kids were 2,3,7 and 9, I was working ...
