havent got it yet should be here in a week or so its going on a dj1r ive been rebuilding with a 44.5mm oversize piston

that cheap pipe will fit i just bought one just to see how it works compered to the stock DJ1R expanshion chamber.Which works really well for bottom end and mid rpm and is quiet real quiet

also the DJ1R had the 6 port cylinder and sr reed valve in the AF05E
the DJ1RR had the early AF18E motor in it

use google translate that first pipe they give no details for it other than unknowen maker

Do the compression check first you could do more damage opening it up if you dont know what your doing.You would have to replace all the gaskets as well if you were to do that

boost port windows in pistons?

I have noticed the boost port windows in the dio bbk pistons.Is there any gains to be had in adding some of these to a piston that does not have them. IE the spree piston or the variated AF05E? Stock not bbk

jog with stage 6 70cc

I have a mate with a 06 jog that has a stage 6 kit on it my question is does he need to add some 2t oil to the tank he was told the factory oil pump will be fine and he doesnt need to add any oil.That just doent sound right that stock pump is for 50cc not 70cc

Any thoughts on this ?

Possibly 4 strokeing at max rpm
