Fixed it.....bought a manual and hooked up a sym dd50/elite rectifier/regulator.....

get a trailtech CHT gauge> $40.00 14mm plug size

lower gears give slower take offs......

ROONEY140 what you said makes sense i will run a trail tech regulator inline as my nx50 sr does not have a regulator and only a rectifier and runs as a loop system using bulbs and battery to balance things, the new motor "AF16" is putting crazy amounts of power to the lights.

So I should replace rectifier and run. A regulator in line after rectifier???

So where is the problem???? How do I fix it??? Was running fine for a long time then it suddenly started doing this. The stator white wire runs to the rectifier and then out as a red wire. Which is shared by battery and to ignition. That is what runs the lights correct??? "Power" So I shou...

Check the wire / ground to the coil!!!!!!!!!!!! Had a similar prob check it out....

.I have one- I liked corsa better by far~ did mini stroke on both. Maybe my cylinder was diffrent but I did not like the 50mm.

Head had a lot of open area compared to the corsa.

50 mm bores are rubish unless you mill the head to raise comp
Go with the 72cc.... or bigger

The shop cut the case and put the rumia crank and the bore "yes 55mm rumia" i can check to see if they put double base gaskets when i get home??? i bought the yms v8 from them so they might have set it up for that pipe????? they put 55pilot and 137 main maxed out needle, but i retuned it t...

i will up the pilot, the plug is new ngk ill double check it again.

the shop owners set up is
big manifold/33 keihn carb/33g weights and his engine is 125cc ported. AND THE SCORP PIPE????
