I went to Detroit last summer for a moped rally and we stopped at the thunderdrome on our way back to Muskegon. It was pretty fun but really dangerous. The concrete has shifted and now there are huge gaps and uneven areas. If you find the right line it can be done. I would not race anyone on it.

She sure hauls *. I need some bigger jets but I got to ride over to Mikes, a couple miles probably. It gets hot fast. Feels like my Runner.

Is that a flat reed or pyramid moped engine. Sweet! It has a similar stroke and stud pattern as our elites.

I did address that before the final assembly. I have been editing my process as I go. Look back and see the changes.

I sent the cylinder and new piston kit to the man. I'll show some pics of it when I get it back. The piston and pin have some kind of slick substance on them.

Thanks for the advice. I just centered the crank using my home made crank centering tool! It took one whole minute.

Installed the crank last night! Wth the help of my freezer and a torch it slapped together with ease. Had my crank pulling tool ready just incase it didn't want to cooperate.

What did you decide. Did you find a decent set of cases?
