Rode around all day and the temps never went over 301F. 125main and 45 pilot seem too much. Most of the riding was @ 1/4 throttle so i am leaning toward the pilot being too big.

Ok have so driven her about 2 miles. Temp gauge highest temp is 270F. 1/4 throttle to 50mph put me at 8400 rpms. I am thinking the pilot is way to big. Very boggy down low. Anyone have and 6 gram rollers. i have 7,8,9 grams?

Would someone recommend for 5 gram rollers for the 8.44 gears???

Change of plans. I sold my 9:1 gears and bought some 8.44 gears. I am thinking of running some 7 grams rollers total 42g. I know the V8 pipe will make power to 10k. Should i use some 6 gram rollers total 36g?

It sounds like the type of seize you had was not a heat seize but maybe a oil seize. Also from other members advising the polini likes to seize at first so the heat cycles are important before you ride it. I am almost done with mine but i like to have atleast 3-5 heat cycles before i attempt to ride...
