To those who dont like these cheap little welders, have you ever used one? and by used one I mean have you sat down for a couple hours and played with it. not made one pass, vomited after seieng it and walked away. Its not a question of having used it. It would work reasonably well for a while for ...

I've got the Miller 135. It's the 110v unit. Running on 110 limits the current and thus the thickness you can weld. Within it's capacity it is a sweet machine. For most anything you would do on a scooter it works fine. I have used the flux core wire but prefer the gas shielding as it makes a cleane...

yes to an extent weld for 1 min let cool for 10 i think Somehting like that, for a 10% welder like that its weld 1 let it idle with the fan on for 9(just do 10 for added safety margin). When your done, let it sit for 15 minutes with the fan running. Be careful where you set the torch during cool do...

eww, as a professional welder i wouldn't touch that machine with a 10 foot pole.
Why torture yourself with gasless flux core (especially if your a noob)when solid core with a shielding gas like 95-5 or straight argon is soooooo much easier to deal with?

go gas or go home (TRUST ME ON THIS)

every site has its drama queens, but i dont think bear is one of them. i never had any issues with him. he's not bad once you kinda get to know him. Just kinda keep a level head, be straight forward, honest and polite. If that dont work just ignore him. Life is too short and * to get all bent out of...

Try any Autoparts store. Ask for Gasket Remover. Comes in a spray can or paint-on. Be careful where you apply.
ive used that stuff on 4 stroke engines, its pretty much worthless IMO

might work better on thinner gaskets though
