Liquid cooled is common, but a 2c2tlc has not been touched.
Last time i saw a water bore, it was beyond my budget. Do they have ones that are under $300?

Re: Twin dio possible?
I do have two elite e engines! I also have a jacked af16 block. I think that this will be expensive anyway, but thats why its a hobby! I figure that if it works, i can take it a step further and make it into a 250cc.
Its all paper postulates though. More research to come.

Re: Twin dio possible?
After typing it out, I realized that it was a stupid assumption. I think that i will throw a few ideas around on paper and then come up with a mild prototype. Basically a set of stock engines to prove concept, then take it a little farther. I think that a 180* phase is the way to go. Twin carbs and ...

Re: Twin dio possible?
Alright, the idea of doing this would require the use of two engines. We will call the left cylinder motor "complete" and the right side "block" The complete motor would be exactly that. A standard modified dio engine. The block would be a simmilar engine, but with the gearbox c...

Re: Twin dio possible?
Do you think that an OKO carb could feed both cyls if oyu fed it from the far left and tried to feed it to the far right cyl through the crank area?

Re: Twin dio possible?
Im bumping this thread...
I have been thinking about this build over the last few days. What would be some holdups on building a twin on the dio? I know that getting a second intake placed would be difficult, but could you share one intake between the two? Could one carb feed two 125 cc setups?

All of my dealings with vtcycles has been great! I know that they have a very small staff and their hours can be irradic. I have found that emailing them to be most effective.

Re: Diy tusk puller?
Honestly, the best DIY tool will look exactly like the tusk puller. After putting in your time and money to make one, you will have spent what it costs to just buy one off of ebay. They are really cheap when you compare their price to replacing a crank that you damaged.
