Re: I might do the unthinkable...

I owned a Honda Metropolitan. Heavy and slow=) Based on the Ruckus frame and DIO Z4. You can actually bolt on the Ruckus subframe and have a half faired Ruckus, haha. Go for it and throw on a 150cc GY6 Fatty conversion. For the Retro look, the Yamaha VINO 2001-2005 2 stroke version is WAY better. Th...

I really the stock original colors.

Barbie looks pretty dope. Something you'd see at Toyko Auto Show or SEMA.

Re: Mounting a camera.

Just noticed you live in Kona. My bro lives there too. We shipped up the sportbikes in December. My friend Hilo-Dave met us up there. He has a 2009 Kawi ZX-10R. I loved Saddle Road(all 3 times back and forth), Mauna Kea going downhill, and Volcanoe Crater Road w/22 miles of twisties going downhill t...

Re: Mounting a camera.

I'd venture to guess: Drill 2 holes in aluminum bar, 1 bolt threads down into mirror bracket, smaller bolt with wingnut threads up into camera? How was the vibration with that? Yup!!! Super easy. I have anti-vibe on my digi cam so no problems there. It's actually a pretty good cheap setup. I didn't...

Re: Mounting a camera.

Aluminum flat bar, 8mm bolt for the mirror, smaller bolt for the camera bottom, washers, epoxy as threadlock, wingnut to tighten the camera to the mount bolt.

Once all the parts are together and epoxy dried, I painted the mount flat black.

Simple design that works great!!!

Re: Mounting a camera.

Yes. I made one over a year ago. Cost $0.27 in matrials, 10 mins of labor. Made a bunch for my friends. You can put it on any moped and use any digital camera. It works xlnt. I can adjust it to any direction while riding so I can capture some trippy vids. You can see it here mounted on the left mirr...

Re: 1986 SPREE **HELP** [Fuel-Saving Through Non-Starting - Ed.]

I guarantee that once you empty your tank, and put in clean gas, your SPREE will fire right up after some priming. I fixed many mopeds that stopped working, after sitting for 6 months or longer, with just a couple dollars of fresh 87 octane.

Re: front disk conve for dio $500?

99% of the CONUS peeps would never spend that kind of cash on a moped project. 99% of the Hawaiian peeps would  We'd travel the end of the world to get that unobtainable PART. That's why Hawaii has the craziest and fastest builds on mopeds and scooters in the US :drama: Last night I was cruis...

Re: front disk conve for dio $500?

Negatory bro!!! That is only for those applications listed. The triple clamps on the mopeds listed accepts bolt on fork legs. The triple on the Elite S / SR are welded onto the fork legs. Bottom line your only option for a true bolt on kit is the $700 kit only available in Honolulu, Hawaii. Probably...

Re: Is your Honda ELITE S/SR completely stock???

Jay, you have some of the dopest machines on Oahu. BTW, do you know anyone with a dually Toyota pickup? I saw one this am with a green PUCH w/Magnum upper fairing. I don't think it was Brian's b/c he has a 2005 SWB Tacoma. Just wondering.

Bump it up for the stockers
