I had a bunch of the decals in the photo made, marine grade vinyl. The company had a material area minimum, so I have a bunch left over.

Good to know, so you really think just plugging that in a mostly stock bike will help, eh? Well, I hope you are correct!

Re: 84 nb50 aero outer variator sheave ideas needed
Guess what I just bought :) See if I can tell a difference on my 85' Aero, it's about 1mph slower than my 87' elite with my friend riding it, so I have a really good comparison, and can run them side by side. https://www.ebay.com/itm/83-1984-Honda-Aero-50-NB50-M-NB50M-ECU-ECM-CDI-Ignitor-30410-GE8-0...

Re: 1984 Aero 50 Compatibility
Thats fair, I can't ride a scooter that slow anymore, but I'm not looking for a speed demon either. I'll figure out what needs to be done and do it. I'll post up results. I'f I'm buying a scooter that old, I always break it down first and change things like fuel lines, fluids, air filter, variator r...

Re: 1984 Aero 50 Compatibility
Actually I have a 13T Driveshaft out of an 87' Elite S, I wonder how different the trans is....I'll look some stuff up, I also wonder if I could swap in the entire gear set.....that would drop the drive ratio to 10.2 and should net a 3-4mph increase. Also, installing a larger rear tire should help.....

Re: 1984 Aero 50 Compatibility
I also have a bare Kelli Variator (no ramp or weights) that is brand new. I wonder if that, along with a Aero/Elite S ramp would work. We should be able to figure that out pretty easy, just need to know the diameter of the shaft and the stock pulley.

Re: 1984 Aero 50 Compatibility
Well, maybe we can run through this together. I have 4-Aero (or 87' Elite S) variators/ramps that I can try to adapt. I also have a machine shop so I can make modifications as necessary. I really like the look of the old one so if I could get upper 30's out of it I would be happy with that as I have...

Re: 1984 Aero 50 Compatibility
Reviving this from the DEAD. Is there anything That can be done to the variator to try to get some more speed? I have an 85’ Aero with the Kelli variator, and it will hit 41/42. I’m thinking about buying a mint low mile 84’ near me but would like it to be at least close in speed to my 85’. Looking f...

Re: 1987 elite SE50P de-restrict
So I'm new to scooters and just bought an 1987 Elite SE50P. This scooter has very low miles and runs great but I'd like more top speed. As I understand the 50P means it's a restricted engine version. How would I make it into a regular SE50 or just more speed in general ? I'm familiar with building ...

Re: Spree factory decals
There was a guy on eBay selling full Spree decal sets including above for ~$50. Not there anymore I guess. If you need to make 40-50 to get a minimum order just sell the rest here ;) That’s pretty much what I’m doing, just to get my money back. They will be super cheap and I can just send in a enve...
