My Spree is always like that when it's cold. Takes a long time, maybe 2km, to warm up. It's really annoying. But when it's hot it's OK.

should I straight pipe the exhaust? 2-strokes don't run worth a pinch without their matching expansion pipe. You'd best leave it stock or find a performance expansion pipe (very rare for Spree). The stock pipe has a little bit of expansion toward the muffler, but what it has is better than nothing....
