If you use rivits use stainless steel ones if you use alloy ones they will work there way loose and that could be the end of your pipe or jug i would use bolts

If you dont have access to a welder do the same as above but bolt it to whats left on the pipe

You wont get full power with a stock carb and exhaust you need aftermarket items

You must have been using cheap rtv my boys suzuki FA50 powered go kart has rtv in place of the head gasket as well and its holding up fine

I agree with the bear heli coils ard great in alloy if installed correctley

I to have never had one come out there are some on my go kart that hav been there holding on for about 5 years

Pressing or pushing the cases together is not the way to put the crank back you risk damage to the crank it needs to be pulled into each case

Never use a mallot to install a crank

Ive been running without a headgasket for ova 1500miles on my spree.I just cleaned both surfaces put a small amount of high temp RTV around the jug then torqued the head down.It was only gonna be temporary but 1500miles later and its holding up fine
