make sure you chamfer the ports befor install .

what did you clean the head with? the flat surface needs to be machined flat .Also the head needs to be milled to suit the larger piston if not squish will be way off.Make sure you use a crank puller to fit the crank into the cases other wise you can untrue the crank .

people call these pg pipes and scorpion pipes not chamber type muffers but all of them are underneath .As you can see from the pics above the rear section on these pipes are the mufflers once removed your left with the chamber section under neath.

you really need a aftermarket carb and manifold a polini 19 mm would be great.I believe your problem is jetting and air flow .Also if your rollers are too heavy then it will never be able to rev up to its power band .
