Got it off my NH125 just now. Used a timing gear puller with the 5/16 flange bolts that came with it. Had to use a dremel to make the bolts fit into the gear. Used the puller without the center screw, just put a couple washers on the crank and fit the puller over the crank. Slid the bolts through th...

You may be able to get away with not having a turbo/supercharger by having a longer stroke that would increase the compression. I think the problem with having a diesel scooter is getting the fuel up to a higher enough pressure for the injector.

Places that work on aircraft engines are usually able to bore out small cylinders. Thants where I had mine done.

When selecting a piston, you need to make sure the pins on the piston do not line up with a port on the cylinder.

Dude, I had the same problem. I was trying to pull it off with a timing gear puller and some screws and it just would not go. I plan on rebuilding a NH125 that has the same set up. What I am going to try to do is get a thick piece of steel, drill a hole in the center of it and tap the same threads a...

How would that clog the main jet? The water would just get sucked into the engine through the carb.

Get the piston first and bring it into the shop that is going to bore it along with the cylinder. They know what to do with it.

Some have a drain plug too. My NH80 has it and it is a lot easier than tipping it sideways.
