If the motor is intact, it is well worth the price, even without carb, starter, etc. Wish I had it. I would do the Wheelz thing with my Elite E, "Dude, swap in a Dio".

Greetings:
I got my cases with a crank for under $40, plus shipping. I moaned about the undisclosed bearing shrapnel and got the cost of new bearings refunded, so I paid under $20 for the cases. Trouble is when you start collecting starters, pumps, bore kit, manifold, carb, fan, shrouds, a rim and a pipe, you've got over a $G in the modded engine. That's before you start burning holes in your piston.
Shoulda bought that KZ1000.

Most of my money is spent on scooterparts. The rest is just wasted.

So buy it at $125 and you can make over a grand because of the titled frame tooWheelman-111 wrote:Greetings:

Got plastic? If you buy to part out, I would be interested in main body panels, both sides, if intact and tabs not broken. If tabs are not too badly broken, I can repair.eliteguy50 wrote:I think you could easily get your $125 back from it if you decided to part it out to us...but throw a $100 offer at it and if he bites, you can have a free, probably even profitable learning experience.Gingerbread Man wrote:What do you think?
