Yeah! some entrepreneurial guy is selling you a mason jar and a wire for 97 dollars.

The idea (selling snake oil) makes perfect sense. Everybody wants money.
The science behind the 'hydrogen generator' and 'extra power for hill climbing' is complete bull s***.

Well, electrolysis does produce hydrogen(and oxygen) but the question is whether or not it will make any difference in performance.

did you guys see the mythbusters that delt with that? the performace went down a little and it was just a little bulky for the car the performed it on. im not sure it would be worth it. but going green would be a plus i guess. :thumbwink: plus i believe if i remember right it tokk way to long to produce a substancial amount of hydrogen. and getting it from a pump would just be too much :imo:

This particular ad looks like smoke and mirrors. BUT, I studied the hydrogen cell a couple of years ago. There has been a lot of research and the theory is solid, but there are a lot of bugs to work out. One is, there is a excess of temperature to deal with. Secondly, the production of the cell itself has not yet been made cost effective. Strange that Obama wants us to pursue alternative energy but misses the one best shot... hydrogen. I think he's already bought stock in the other guy.
