There is no way for us to know if it will fit if you don't tell us what model and what year it is.

Does a 1988 yamaha razz front rim fit a 1986 honda spree?

Does a 1994 yamaha jog rear rim fit a 1987 honda elite 50?

One candidate ruled out:
The Razz front wheel has a narrow rim width 1.50" - Spree like. The drum dia is 80mm making it too small for your Elite brake panel. It's a downgrade even if you fabricate a means to get the Yamaha brake panel mounted up.

I have not found the Jog drum dimensions, If you search or even just ask an eBay seller that answer should be direct.
